Ok guys,everybody knows there are alot of ways to backup your firefox profile and settings,the latest was FireFox sync by Mozilla , today i can tell you how to backup your firefox profile ( settings,bookmarks,extensions ,passwords,history,.......) with a single click using winrar

I know i could do it after i know about some features in winrar SFX archive

ok here we go

1 - start>run> %appdata%

2 - find the folder mozilla R-click > add to archive

3 - Browse where you want your backup to be always created

1 - Open notepad

2 + Type this code as “ X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H* “

3 - Don’t type anything . Click on save as and  save it by name as ” virus.com” on desktop
Now run your anti virus program & scan that file

If your program detect as virus then it is good if not you can deiced it
btw, i Tested that with both eset and Microsoft Security Essential, and they detected it even as .txt files

Enabling GodMode on Windows 7 / Vista

1. Right click on any blank area on your desktop and choose 'New' > 'Folder'.

2. Rename the folder to:

GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

3. Magically the folder transformed into GodMode!

4. You can actually change the 'GodMode' text to something else, for example, if you want to name it 'System Settings' just name the new folder to this:
