How To Check Working Of Your Antivirus Software?

If you think that your anti virus is not working well then this trick will definitely work to know that your anti virus is capable or not to catch a virus or not


Follow this easy steps

1 - Open notepad

2 + Type this code as “ X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H* “

3 - Don’t type anything . Click on save as and  save it by name as ” virus.com” on desktop
Now run your anti virus program & scan that file

If your program detect as virus then it is good if not you can deiced it
btw, i Tested that with both eset and Microsoft Security Essential, and they detected it even as .txt files
